Tuition & Fees Refunds
IMPORTANT: Dropping credit hours or withdrawing from the semester may affect your financial aid award and your Third-Party Sponsorships, including Tuition Assistance funding. Students receiving financial aid should contact the Financial Aid Office before dropping or withdrawing. Students receiving Military or Veteran’s benefits should contact the Office of Military and Veterans Services before dropping or withdrawing. The Institution will return any unearned financial aid or Tuition Assistance awards on a proportional basis through at least the 60 percent of each respective class for the term.
E-Bills or Term summaries may not immediately reflect all required adjustments related to drops and withdrawals.

Withdrawing from All Courses for the Term
A student officially and completely withdrawing from the University during the semester may be subject to a refund of applicable tuition and fees according to the following schedule:
A review of accounts is done at the conclusion of the withdrawal refund period to insure proper payment of tuition and fees. Refunds will be processed after each audit. Withdrawals are calculated based on the total tuition and fees not the amount paid.
