Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI), the leading professional association for Project Management, has changed their Professional Development Unit (PDU) approval process for approved programs. To meet these new standards, we have ensured the content of our offerings align with PMI's new Talent Triangle.
We provide varying learning avenues to accommodate the differences in student learning styles.
Master the skills needed to get started in project management or take your career to the next level. Once complete, you will meet or exceed the educational pre-requisites for the Project Management Professional PMP® and CAPM® certifications by PMI.

- Mastering Project Management with Microsoft Project 2019 - For project managers, staying up-to-date on the latest project management techniques is key to consistently delivering meaningful results. This Project Management Professional (PMP)® training course will expand your skill set and prepare you for certification. This course also meets educational requirements for Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, so you will be fully prepared for the exam.
- Mastering Project Management with PMP® Prep - This program takes you beyond the basics of project management. In this intermediate/advanced level program, you’ll translate your knowledge into skills by exploring key project management topics in depth.
- The Complete Project Manager with CAPM® and PMP® Prep - {Popular} This is a comprehensive project management program for those who want to expand their knowledge and application of project management concepts. It is designed to create skills for today’s project practitioners and prepare them for either the CAPM® or PMP® certifications.
- Six Sigma Black Belt - This program provides you with an in-depth look at the Six Sigma Black Belt problem-solving methodology, deployment, and project development approach.
II. Fundamentals (Self-Paced Tutorials and Instructor-Led Courses)
Both platforms are designed to quickly build industry skills or earn continuing education credits.
Self-Paced Tutorials
Full 3 month access. For students who feel they do not need instructor guidance, the Self-Paced Tutorial format is a great option as many students do not use the discussion area that is available for the standard Instructor-led course format. Many students feel the 'peer feedback' is sufficient for them. Content/lessons are available immediately. The discussion area for the course is not monitored by an instructor, it is more of a forum for students to discuss the course with each other.
Instructor-Led Courses
Six week term. For students who prefer the reassurance of being able to reach out to an instructor with questions and concerns, the stand alone Fundamental Instructor-led Course format may be a better option. Discussion area with peers in the online classroom.
Example: The Project Management Suite includes (1) Project Management Fundamentals, (2) Project Management Applications, and (3) High Speed Project Management.
